All warranties are from the manufacturer. We will facilitate warranty claims, parts orders, etc. on your behalf during the warrantied period.
A minimum of two quality checks will be performed on your order. The first will be before the item leaves the factory and another upon arrival at our NC sales center. For items shipped to customers we will perform a final check prior to the order leaving our facility.
Return and Refund Policy
Each product will be inspected and tested prior to shipment to ensure that what is shipped matches what was ordered and that the installed components function as intended.
Our logistics partners provide insurance to cover damage or loss during shipping and we will, of course, refund the purchase price or facilitate repairs in the event a custom ordered product is lost or damaged during shipment.
Due to the incredibly low prices we offer we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item arrives in new condition and is accepted by the purchaser. We will, however work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf if any parts are needed during your warranty period. After your warranty period we will get you the very best pricing on any parts or accessories you may require.
If a custom order is cancelled by the customer after the item has entered production, the deposit will be held until 60 days after we receive shipment of the item to give us a chance to sell the item to another customer. Also, signage and wraps are non-refundable if the factory has already printed the wraps or if the signs have already been produced. We will work with the customer on a case by case basis to assess the availability of refunds.
