We work directly with the manufacturers of our products to build the item and ship  directly to our Sanford, NC display center.    This eliminates several areas that would normally add significantly to the cost of the product.   We work directly with experienced logistics experts to optimize shipping expenses.   

We strive to keep our overhead expenses very low so we can offer our customers the best possible prices.   Our display center is humble and our showings are by appointment.   

Warranties themselves are manufacturer specific and we will facilitate any warranty claims for parts on your behalf.   We also offer accessories at unbeatable prices through our site.    If you need replacement parts that are not listed on our site just let us know what you need and we will assist you in finding them.

Items purchased from our Sanford, NC display center as well as most smaller equipment types that are custom ordered and  shipped to our customers will be fully or mostly assembled.    Some items may ship partially disassembled to allow multiple items to fit in a truck or shipping container.   In this case you may be required to do some minor assembly upon delivery.   Assembly service of shipped items is not included nor offered.

We can likely offer you a discount on multiple items if the quantity ordered results in a full shipping container of only your products.    This quantity will vary by individual product or combination of different products.   Please contact us for a quote if you are considering custom ordering multiple items.

In-stock items purchased from our Sanford, NC display center are available for immediate pickup.  Custom orders will be  shipped to our NC location for a quality check and then to you and will likely take 6-8 weeks in most cases.   We will give you a shipment estimate when you request a quote from us.    

Customers who need their item very quickly are encouraged to order from in-stock items from our Sanford, NC display center.

Yes, most of what we sell is available to custom order so we can usually accommodate custom configurations, colors and even branding and signage.  Just let us know what you need and let us prepare you a quote.

We take the time to personally visit each manufacturer under consideration and carefully observe their manufacturing process and business practices including

• storage of components and raw materials are under roof and not exposed to the elements
• employee availability and treatment
• efficient workflow in the factory
• skillful packaging and shipping prep
• efficient processing by the office staff
• proper prep for finishes such as powder coating or painting 
• good communication with US / western focused businesses
• reputation within the local business community
• accuracy of specifications
• efficient processing of parts orders and warranty claims

Far more manufacturers have been passed over for a partnership with DEC than have been selected.

Rather than you dealing with unfamiliar factories with potential language barriers, unknown quality control,  time zone inconveniences, translation problems causing order confusion, no way to inspect the products and uncertain shipping arrangements,  DEC partners with factories whom we have established relationships, major US financial institutions, and proven, efficient logistics practices.    

DEC also alleviates potential financial risks.   You are purchasing from a US-based company and you will never be sending payment directly to a foreign company with which you have no legal recourse.
