We work directly with the manufacturers of our products to build the item and ship directly to our Sanford, NC display center. This eliminates several areas that would normally add significantly to the cost of the product. We work directly with experienced logistics experts to optimize shipping expenses.

Warranties themselves are manufacturer specific and we will facilitate any warranty claims for parts on your behalf. We also offer accessories at unbeatable prices through our site. If you need replacement parts that are not listed on our site just let us know what you need and we will assist you in finding them.
Items purchased from our Sanford, NC display center as well as most smaller equipment types that are custom ordered and shipped to our customers will be fully or mostly assembled. Some items may ship partially disassembled to allow multiple items to fit in a truck or shipping container. In this case you may be required to do some minor assembly upon delivery. Assembly service of shipped items is not included nor offered.
We can likely offer you a discount on multiple items if the quantity ordered results in a full shipping container of only your products. This quantity will vary by individual product or combination of different products. Please contact us for a quote if you are considering custom ordering multiple items.
In-stock items purchased from our Sanford, NC display center are available for immediate pickup. Custom orders will be shipped to our NC location for a quality check and then to you and will likely take 6-8 weeks in most cases. We will give you a shipment estimate when you request a quote from us.
