Pricing Policy

Many items listed for direct import sales may have confusing or even misleading pricing.     Common issues include:

• The item shown is actually speculative and may not even exist.
• The item shown in the listing may be just a teaser or even the price of an accessory and not match what you actually receive.  This is a common practice on many direct import marketplaces.
• Price shown may be FOB or CIF rather than DDP and require you to pay thousands of dollars in additional charges.
• US Tariffs and port charges may not be included in the listed price
• Listed price may represent just the deposit required to produce the item
• Taxes from the country of origin may not be included
• Careless order handling, time zone differences or language barriers may result in communication difficulties resulting in a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of your order.

• You can take delivery of your purchase at our display center in Sanford, NC without incurring any additional shipping costs.  Alternatively we can arrange shipping to most locations in the lower 48 states and you only pay the exact transportation costs.
• US tariffs are included in our price
• For custom orders you will be provided a build sheet (for applicable products) to make sure you receive exactly what you order.  
• We can potentially offer discounted pricing if you order multiple units which we can ship together which allows for lower per-unit shipping costs.
• Local sales tax policies vary by delivery location and are not included in the listed price and will be added to the purchase price where applicable.   NC sales tax will apply to orders picked up at our Sanford, NC location.
• Shipped items do not include any minor assembly that may be needed.   We cater to DIY types who are willing and capable of completing any minor final assembly.   Orders picked up from our Sanford, NC location will be fully assembled to the extent that still allows for safe towing.
• You may incur fees from your local bank if you choose the option of setting up a secure letter of credit for custom orders rather than an ACH deposit.
